At times you may be worried about the slowness of your
blackberry phone, it is due to some unwanted files that may have being save as a result of browsing the internet.
How do you delete this files
1.Place your hand on the (ALT) key,
2.Press the L and G key twice along
with the ALT KEY (i.e ALT +LG+LG),
3.Click on the blackberry logo key ,
4.Select (CLEAR LOG) from the option provided, and press ‘OK ‘

4.Select (CLEAR LOG) from the option provided, and press ‘OK ‘
5.A dialog box will appear asking
you to verify deletion of event log
6.Click on ‘DELETE’.
HOW TO REFRESH YOUR PHONE
Place your hand on the( ALT key +
aA key +DEL key) all the three key at once, until the phone restart.
